RESOURCES
Finding free or affordable resources shouldn't be that hard. We have been reaching out to the surrounding community to try to find some. Here is some of what we've found:
The Utah Pagan Market & the Pagan community in general.
The Smiths Grocery store booklet of local resources is amazing: I will post more on this when I can since they always seem to be out.
Food banks, and churches that offer resources to all. I will post more on these later.
Our families act like they are good people that you would think take care of their own but simply do not. They are some of the most sanctimonious lying groups of people that have both participated in abuse and neglect in the grossest ways. Those people or churches that expect x, y, & z for basic help & support to those in need shouldn't be trusted.
My bf father did help us with some food and a lunch box. We appreciate such kindness deeply. Most of the kindness we have been shown though has been by people outside of church, family, and community. To strangers or almost strangers, you know who you are, that pay it forward, you are my heroes.
More to come. I have been having new and serious gallbladder health problems that have slowed me down considerably. I need surgery but I hope people haven't stopped coming to check for updates.
